Nokia may have lost the race of incredible smartphones, but its philanthropy work is still continued 🙂 A Nokia feature phone is reported to have recently taken a bullet for its owner — literally — and saved his life.
Microsoft’s General Manager of Core UX for Windows Desktop, Tablet and Phone, Peter Skillman tweeted a photo of Nokia phone with alleged bullet inside, reported saved a man’s life in Afghanistan last week.

Even though the phone is beyond repair, the man must be thanking Nokia for a great phone — truly a life saving gesture.
This is the not the first time in last few years that a Nokia brand phone achieved this endeavor. In 2014, a Nokia Lumia 520 stopped a bullet fired at a Brazilian policeman — though the handset got destroyed in the process.
