Last Sunday, Apple celebrated 15 years since the launch of the iPod in 2001 — the beginning of what is now referred to as “modern and most stylish Apple”. Apple.com turned 20 years old a few days ago but it wasn’t the same from the beginning.
To celebrate the Apple’s long walk of success, YouTube user waxonaxon has made a wonderful time-elapse video of Apple.com’s visual history — spanning from 1996 to present day.
The video essentially features all memorable events from company’s website, including Apple’s transition from a mere computer firm to the world’s leading technology giant.
You can also see notice changes in Apple’s website design as the web development technology grew very quickly in past decade. The video also feature the special events like passing of Steve Jobs & Mohammad Ali, as well as the “day you’ll never forget” — Beatles on iTunes.
