Samsung has halted Galaxy Note 7 production after the explosion incidents has in cooperation with safety regulator authorities in China and the United States.A Southwest Airline flight was evacuated earlier this week after a replacement model Note 7 smartphone began smoking inside the plane, according to the family who owns the phone.
Due to series of the incidents happening continuously Samsung has stopped Note 7 production and offered $100 on the exchange of Note 7 with any other Samsung smart phone. But people started confusing S7 with Galaxy Note 7.Company is sending notification to S7 and S7 edge users that their device isn’t effected and safe to use.

A staff member at TechnoBuffalo received a message on his Galaxy S7 which notified the user of the ongoing recall, and clearly stated that the Galaxy S7 “is not an affected device.” Samsung hasn’t publicly said anything about this message just yet, but it’s probably safe to assume that the company intends to push this notification to all S7 and S7 Edge owners in the near future.
