How to scan the old photographs?

You just have to follow these simple steps:

  1. Download PhotoScan.
  2. Hold your phone above the photo you wish to scan.
  3. Hover the camera over the points marked on the screen and PhotoScan will detect the edges, sharp them and remove the glare from digitize version.
  4. Now there is a digital copy of your old photograph is on your smartphone. If you are using Google Photos, it will automatically upload the photo on cloud as well.

Moreover, a major benefit of saving these photos in Google Photos is to make them searchable, organized by the people and objects in the picture. You can also edit the photo and apply filters as well.
