Samsung Announced The Launch Of A-Series Siblings

Samsung is vigorously launching its products and it has been more than 5 years that it is among the top electronics brands. Though Samsung has faced many ups and downs but it was conformed in its production and focused more on the quality. Well a brand’s product goes to introduction stage first then growth, maturity and in the last decline stage, this is how a natural maturity growth cycle goes on. If we follow the cycle, we can see that Samsung has enjoyed success of Bendable Phones and also faced the failure of Note 7 & Washing Machines. It is the symbol of a living brand that faces downs along with ups. And once again Samsung brand has revitalized the production announced the launch of its A-series lineup for the year 2017. The dominant changed and unique thing from last year’s models is IP68 water and dust resistance certification for both A3 2017 and A5 2017.

Samsung Galaxy A3 Specifications

Samsung Galaxy A3 2017 will be having the following specifications:

• 2 GB RAM with 8 or 16 GB of internal storage
• 2,350mAh battery
• Octa-core 1.6 GHz Cortex A-53 chipset with Mali-T830MP2
• Single SIM (Nano-SIM) and Dual SIM (dual standby) variants
• 4.7 inch HD (720 x 1280p) Screen
• 12 MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, capable of shooting 1080p videos at 30 frames per second

Samsung Galaxy A5 Specifications

Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 will be offering these specifications:

• 5.2 inch FHD (1080 x 1920p) Screen
• 16 MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, Optical Image Stabilization, capable of shooting 1080p videos at 30 frames per second
• Octa-core 1.9 GHz Cortex A-53 Exynos 7880 chipset
• 12 MP secondary front camera with f/1.8 aperture, capable of shooting 1080p videos
• 3,000mAh battery
• 3 GB RAM with 32 GB of internal storage
• Single SIM (Nano-SIM) and Dual SIM (dual standby) variants

Availability and Price

Both devices are IP68 water and dust resistance certified. Since Samsung has not declared any exact price or price range for both models yet but 2016 models of A series (specifically A3 and A5) were priced about 30,000 and 40,000 Pakistani Rupees respectively at their launch. These models are also expected to lie in more or less similar price range as it depicts the target market of Samsung Galaxy’s A Series. At the end of January or the beginning of February 2017, these devices will go on sale.
